savory genoise and finished with a toasted walnut dressing.

Served with 2011 Dry or Semi-Dry Riesling

A delicious combination of Italian greens, fresh pineapple and mint, nestled in a bed of knob celery and red apples, dressed with a aioli vinaigrette then topped with
grilled jumbo cold water shrimp OR fillet mignon.

Served with 2011 Pinot Grigio or 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

ENTREES
Linguini Mare E Monti Royale
LINGUINI SEA AND MOUNTAINS ROYAL
This dish is the aristocratic version of a popular Italian dish.
Homemade (yellow-saffron and black-squid ink) linguini sautéed with porcini mushrooms, lobster and clams in a truffle butter champagne sauce.
May be ordered without the seafood.

Served with 2011 Sauvignon Blanc

SWORDFISH BECCAFICO STYLE with ZUCCHINI A SCAPECE
A tasty dish of Sicilian origin, the swordfish is sliced and coated with a creamy fig and orange glaze, rolled with fresh tomatoes, roasted pine nuts and raisins, then baked in a sweet and sour caper sauce OR Beef Braciola . Accompanied by tarragon zucchini.
Served with 2010 Zinfandel
